These products can be new unopened box, new open box, previous year Inventory, used, scratch and dent, or damaged. Reselling used products and product returns can keep items that are good and still usable out of the landfills. The product will be tested and any defects found will be added to the product description. Testing will be thorough, the process can be found here. If you purchased a product that is unusable it may be returned following the Ebay or purchasing platform return policy usually within 30 days. Items should be returned in the same condition as they were shipped and not damaged, preferably in the shipped to packaging.
